Terms of service

These terms govern the use of AlphaTechPlus WhatsApp (the "Service") provided by AlphaTechPlus ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("you").

1. The Service

The Service is software that connects your WhatsApp Business number to Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) and adds a shared inbox, campaigns, automation, commerce and API features. WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.; your use of WhatsApp is also subject to the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including your team members.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for your business.

3. Acceptable use

• Message only people who have opted in to receive messages from you, and honour opt-out requests immediately.
• Do not send spam, illegal content, or content that breaks WhatsApp or Meta policies. Meta may limit or block numbers that receive poor quality ratings; we may suspend workspaces that put the platform at risk.
• Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or access other customers' data.

4. Plans, wallet and payment

• Plan fees are charged in advance for the chosen period, plus applicable GST. Prices are shown on our pricing page.
• Meta's WhatsApp message charges are separate. Depending on your setup they are paid by you directly to Meta or deducted from your prepaid wallet as shown before sending.
• Wallet top-ups are used for usage charges. Unused balances are refundable only as described in our refund policy or required by law.
• If a payment fails or a plan expires, features may be limited and the workspace may be suspended after notice.

5. Your data

You own the data you put into the Service. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data while your account is active.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; WhatsApp delivery also depends on Meta. We may change features with reasonable notice where a change materially affects you.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions of Meta or other third parties.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or when required by Meta or the law.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
